The Desk will be open:
- Monday, June 13 – 8:00 to 17:30
- Tuesday, June 14 – 7:30 to 17:30
- Wednesday, June 15 – 8:00 to 17:30
- Thursday, June 16 – 8:00 to 17:30
- Friday, June 17 – 8:00 to 13:00

You will receive your badge, official receipt, conference bag, printed program and electronic conference proceedings.
TUTORIALS (Monday)
Held in the Desmarais Building (DMS first floor)
CONFERENCE (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday morning)
- Keynote sessions held in the Alumni Auditorium, located in our University Centre (UCU)
- Demonstrations held in the cafeteria, located in UCU (Tuesday during lunch)
- Posters and reception held in Tabaret Hall (TBT main level) (Tuesday evening)
- Conference dinner held in the city’s new Convention Centre (Wednesday evening)
WORKSHOPS – Workshops held in the Desmarais Building (first floor) and in Simard Hall (SMD second floor)
DOCTORAL CONSORTIUM (Monday)
- Registration in the Desmarais Building
- Consortium held in Simard Hall (SMD second floor)
WIRELESS
Free wireless access will be available ONLY during conference events in the following locations: DMS1140, DMS1150, DMS1160, DMS Lobbies (1st and 2nd floor), SMD222, SMD226, SMD227, Alumni Auditorium, UCU Cafeteria. Use SSID guOttawa from your network connections (no login or password). There is no security or encryption on this wireless network.
